About Me

⎯ About

Strategic Mind. Cinematic Soul.

“Ich bin ein Berliner.” Berlin is my home, the foundation of my standards, and the city that shaped my drive. For nearly 20 years, I have carried this heritage into the most challenging markets in the world—not as a visitor, but as a local operator.

From establishing corporate entities in Moscow to acquiring land in the mountains of Montenegro, from managing consulting firms in Shanghai to performing in major cinema productions across St. Petersburg and Moscow—my life is an ongoing operation. Whether in front of the camera at unique historical locations or navigating complex boardrooms, I live the culture, speak the language, and deliver with German precision.

For me, this isn’t just a career. It is the adventure of a lifetime: building structures where others see chaos and bringing characters to life where others only see a script.

Nearly 20 Years. One Standard. No Excuses.

⎯ Practical experience. No theoretical advice.

The Execution Framework.

Linguistic & Cultural Fluency

Language is my key to the heart of a culture. I don't just translate words; I translate mentalities between East and West to build genuine trust.

Boots on the Ground

Berlin | Moscow | Podgorica | Shanghai. Nearly 20 years of real operational experience. I don't navigate by theory; I navigate by having lived the local realities and bureaucratic hurdles firsthand.

Uncompromising Discipline

From high-stakes boardrooms to major cinema productions. I solve acute problems and execute flawlessly under pressure. I bring the structure of a consultant to the set and the empathy of an actor to the boardroom.

⎯ Proven trust

Track Record of Growth.

Constant evolution. No excuses.

Growth starts with the uncomfortable. At 20, I mastered Russian from scratch—today, I negotiate in it fluently. At 40, I did the same with Chinese in Shanghai, retracing the steps of my youth. My discipline is forged in combat sports: from training with 6-times Kickbox World Champion Michael Kuhr in Berlin to starting Kyokushin-Kai Karate in St. Petersburg. In nations like Russia, China, and Montenegro, language and sports aren’t just hobbies—they are the keys to the heart of the people.

The Business Foundation: 20 Years of Execution

I didn’t start in a boardroom; I started as an entrepreneur running a tanning salon in Berlin during my university years. Since 2007, I have built my own legacy: establishing my consulting firm in Moscow and leading offices in Berlin, Moscow, Podgorica, and Shanghai. I don’t just consult on markets; I conquer them by understanding their internal mechanics.

The Artistic Evolution: From Script to Screen

To stay sharp and avoid the “boring businessman” trap, I sought a new challenge: filmmaking. What started as writing screenplays to understand directing led me to acting. I learned the craft to understand the soul of a story. Just as I was about to move on, my business network and acting training collided—leading to my first role. Today, with 10 major cinema productions under my belt, I bring the adaptive soul of an actor to every project I touch.

⎯ Mindset & Origin

The Symbiosis of Art and Business.

Business is structure and action. Acting is empathy and patience. For me, they are two sides of the same discipline. I use the creative depth of art to stay grounded in the boardroom—and the hard reality of business to remain independent on set. This balance is my competitive edge in complex environments.

The Ambassador Mindset.

When you operate internationally, you are more than just a consultant or an actor. You become an unofficial ambassador of your country.

My understanding of diplomacy wasn’t learned in textbooks; it was forged nearly 20 years ago within the walls of one of Germany’s largest foreign missions. That early immersion into the mechanics of interstate relations defined my standard for everything that followed.

Today, I navigate high-level environments where discretion is the only currency. Whether engaging in native-level dialogue with ambassadors from the East and West or bridging interests where others see only walls—I move with the quiet confidence of someone who knows the protocol as well as the players.

Whether in Eastern Europe, the Balkans, China or the Middle East: The respect for German culture and the trust placed in our reliability is immense. It is a legacy built by generations before us. I consider it a duty to deliver exactly the standard that this heritage promises.

Discretion. Precision. Presence.

Work Culture | Life Culture | Art Culture.

I translate mentalities. From negotiating in formal boardrooms in Podgorica to driving a Lada Niva across Eastern Europe to understand the local heartbeat. I deliver German precision, no matter the location or the challenge.

Direct Talk. No Fluff.
